Info

Originally a former hat manufacturing facility in Brussels, Loft Tectum was transformed into a split-level residential loft structured around its existing industrial framework.

Developed in collaboration with Belgian interior architect Raoul Cavvadias in 2000, the project combined steel structures, natural light and open circulation to create a contemporary living environment balancing industrial heritage with domestic comfort.

In 2020, I redeveloped the space into a boutique hospitality concept while preserving its original industrial identity. The transformation included a technical rehabilitation phase carried out with the support of an architectural practice responsible for the planning and regulatory documentation.
